- Die Fahrt wird aus logistischer Sicht in der "Einsatzplanung" koordiniert. Das Dokument dient als Planungsgrundlage und Information an den Kapitän über die Fahrtplanung.

- Die Fahrtleitung füllt das Dokument aus und sendet es MINDESTENS 6 WOCHEN VOR FAHRTBEGINN nur an die AWI-Schiffskoordination zur Prüfung.
- Die Liste der Fahrtteilnehmenden muss der Kapitän zur Ausklarierung an die Bundespolizei schicken. Daher bitte spätestens 3 Tage vor der Fahrt per E-Mail an den Kapitän direkt an Bord und an die AWI Schiffskoordination schicken. (Fahrtleitung). Die Daten können dem "EIS" entnommen werden. Ein automatisches Ausfüllen der Liste ist derzeit leider noch nicht möglich.
Anzahl Teilnehmende:
- Tagesfahrten ohne Übernachtung: max. 38
- Mehrtagesfahrten: max.12, (wegen Coronaschutz derzeit 11)
Abfahrt / Ankunft:
- Die genehmigte Fahrt beginn morgens am ersten Fahrttag, nicht vorher. Der Liegeplatz der Heincke ist Am Handelshafen 12 in Bremerhaven.
- Die Zeit des Einlaufens in den Zielhafen ist frühzeitig mit dem Kapitän abzustimmen. Aufgrund der Arbeits-und Ruhezeitenverordnung für Seeleute ist das Fahrtende üblicherweise spätestens für den späten Nachmittag einzuplanen.
Arbeitszeiten Besatzung:
- Die gesamte Decksmannschaft umfasst 6 Personen (einschließlich Bootsmann).
Die reguläre Arbeitszeit beträgt gemäß STCW 95 / ILO180 10 Stunden/Tag. Der Einsatz der Besatzung findet ausschließlich im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Regelungen statt. Der Kapitän trägt dafür die Verantwortung. Die genaue Tagesplanung der wiss. Arbeiten ist bis spätestens 18:00 Uhr des Vortags zwischen Fahrtleitung und Schiffsführung abzustimmen.
- Die Arbeits-und Ruhezeitenverordnung für Seeleute ist stets einzuhalten.
Abschlußbericht:
- Zum Ende der Fahrt wird der Kapitän für den Fahrtbericht auf Sie zukommen. Darin wird der Ablauf der Fahrt beschrieben und es ist Platz für Lob und Verbesserungsvorschläge.

- The cruise leader completes the document and sends it only to AWI Vessel Coordination for review AT LEAST 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE TRIP

Departure/Arrival:
- The authorized sailing starts in the morning on the first sailing day, not before. The berth of the Heincke is Am Handelshafen 12 in Bremerhaven.
- The time of arrival at the port of destination must be agreed with the captain in good time. Due to the working and rest time regulations for seafarers, the end of the voyage should usually be planned for the late afternoon at the latest.
Crew working hours:
- The total deck crew is 6 persons (including boatswain).
The regular working time is 10 hours/day according to STCW 95 / ILO180. The deployment of the crew takes place exclusively within the framework of the legal regulations. Final Report:
