Verpflegung:
Die Verpflegung für die Fahrtteilnehmenden wird ohne zusätzliche Berechnung gestellt; dazu gehören auch Getränke wie Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Säfte.
Die Verpflegung an Bord ist maritim deftig, dabei aber abwechslungsreich, nahrhaft und schmackhaft.
Auf Anfrage an Bord gibt es auch alternativ ein vegetarisches Gericht. Die Anzahl der Vegetarier bitte über die Fahrtleitung in die Einsatzplanung eintragen, damit entsprechend geplant werden kann.
Sonstige individuelle Diäten, Ernährungswünsche oder Essgewohnheiten können an Bord nicht berücksichtigt werden.
Catering:
Catering for the participants is provided without additional charge, including drinks such as coffee, tea, water, and juices.
The food on board is maritime hearty, but varied, nutritious and tasty.
Upon request, an alternative vegetarian dish can also be provided on board. Please enter the number of vegetarians in the mission planning via the chief scientist, so that we can plan accordingly.
Other individual diets, dietary requirements or eating habits cannot be taken into account on board.
Allergiker:
Sollten Sie Lebensmittelallergiker sein, setzten Sie sich frühzeitig mit der Schiffsleitung in Verbindung, um zu ermitteln, inwieweit eine gesunde Ernährung an Bord für Sie sichergestellt werden kann.
Das AWI kann für Inhaltsstoffe und Produktkennzeichnungen der verwendeten Lebensmittel nicht garantieren. Es besteht das Risiko, ggf. doch mit allergieauslösenden Stoffen in Kontakt zu kommen.
Das Risiko liegt beim Fahrtteilnehmenden, ggf. muss von der Teilnahme abgesehen werden.
Im Zweifelsfall entscheidet der Medizinische Koordinator des AWI.
Allergy sufferers:
If you are allergic to a particular food, please contact the ship's management at an early stage to determine to what extent a healthy diet can be ensured for you on board.
AWI cannot guarantee the ingredients and product labels of the foods used. There is a risk of coming into contact with allergenic substances.
The risk lies with the trip participant; it may be necessary to refrain from participating.
In case of doubt, the AWI Medical Coordinator will decide.
Alkohol und Tabakwaren:
Bier und Softdrinks können von der Fahrtleitung spätestens 4 Tage vor Fahrtbeginn direkt beim Kapitän per E-Mail bestellt werden und müssen dann in bar an Bord bezahlt werden. Diese Getränke können auch nach vorheriger Anmeldung selbst von Land mitgebracht werden.
Alkoholische Getränke von über 19% Alkoholgehalt sind generell nicht an Bord erlaubt und dürfen auch nicht von Land mitgebracht werden.
Diese Bestellungen dienen nur dem Verbrauch an Bord.
Tabakwaren können nicht bestellt werden und müssen für den Eigenbedarf selbst mitgebracht werden, da es keine Möglichkeit gibt, diese beim Zoll wieder Einzuführen.
Diese Waren dürfen aufgrund zollrechtlicher Bestimmungen nicht mit von Bord genommen werden, auch angefangene Stangen Zigaretten müssen auf dem Schiff verschlossen verbleiben.
Alcoholic Drinks and tobacco products:
Beer and soft drinks can be ordered by the expedition leader directly from the captain by e-mail at least 4 days before the start of the cruise and must then be paid for in cash on board. These drinks can also be brought on board by prior arrangement.
Alcoholic drinks with an alcohol content of more than 19% are generally not permitted and may not be brought on board.
These orders are for consumption on board only.
Tobacco products cannot be ordered and must be brought for personal use, as there is no possibility to re-import them at customs.
Due to customs regulations, these goods may not be taken off the ship, and cigarette cartons must also remain sealed on the ship.
