Environment Protection Seminar (Antarctica only)
One-time participation of a Environment Protection Seminar is obligatory for everybody going south of 60° S with a German authorisation. The legal basis is the Act implementing the Protocol of Environmental Protection to the Antarctic.
The seminar is held by AWI for the members of German institutions once a year. Participation is free of charge.
