Health management is crucial for an expedition like MOSAiC. If you feel unwell in any way (physically and psychologically) don't hesitate to see the ship' doctor or nurse. Both of them are also persons of trust who will give you assistance and know to whom to turn to in case you have problems with other expedition members on board (for more information see here Psychological Aspects) or if you are experiencing mental stress.
