Wozu ist die Nextcloud gedacht?

Die Nextcloud am AWI soll einen reibungslosen Datenaustausch am AWI gewährleisten. Dabei ist der Austausch von Daten auch mit Personen möglich, welche keinen AWI-Account besitzen. Das Prinzip folgt dem Vorgehen von Dropbox.com.

Wer kann sich an die Nextcloud anmelden?

Jeder AWI-Mitarbeiter hat die Möglichkeit sich, unter Verwendung des Anmeldenamen, anzumelden.

Gäste müssen sich einen Zugang zur Nextcloud mit ihrem Gast-Account bestellen. Siehe: Gastkonten/Guest Accounts (English below)

Auf welche Daten habe ich Zugriff?

Generell hat der Nutzer Zugriff auf folgende Ordner:

personal (Quota 100GB pro Nutzer)
Projektordner, falls beantragt
Nextcloud Speicher (Quota 1 GB)
Freigaben von anderen Nutzern

Kann ich Ordner und Dateien mit anderen Nutzern teilen?

Das Teilen von Ordnern oder Dateien ist sowohl mit AWI-Mitarbeitern möglich als auch mit Externen(Teilen eines Links per Mail).

HINWEIS:

Jeder Nutzer ist für seine Freigabe verantwortlich
Der Nutzer, welcher die Freigabe erstellt, ist Eigentümer jeder Datei die hochgeladen wird, egal von welchem Nutzer.
Link Freigaben sollten mit einem Passwort belegt werden
Link Freigaben sollten ein Ablaufdatum haben

What is the Nextcloud for?

The Nextcloud at the AWI is supposed to guarantee a smooth exchange of data at the AWI. The exchange of data is also possible with people who do not have an AWI account. The principle follows the procedure of Dropbox.com.

Who can log into the Nextcloud?

Every AWI employee has the option of logging in using their login name.

What data do I have access to?

In general, the user has access to the following folders:

personal (quota 100GB per user)
Project folder, if requested
Nextcloud storage (quota 1GB)
Shares from other users

Can I share folders and files with other users?

You can share folders or files with AWI employees as well as with external parties (sharing a link by e-mail).

HINT:

Each user is responsible for their shares
The user who creates the share is the owner of every file that is uploaded, regardless of the user.
Link shares should be assigned a password
Link shares should have an expiration date
