Gastkonto, Externes Konto, Funktionskonto

Nutzer haben generell  Zugriff auf die Confluence (https://spaces.awi.de). Nutzerkonten die nicht mit einem Arbeitsvertrag verknüpft sind aber mit Confluence arbeiten möchten, müssen einen Zugang bestellen. Diese Bestellung gilt für genau 180 Tage und muss danach verlängert werden.

Folgende Schritte müssen für eine Bestellung durchgeführt werden:

1. Anmeldung mit dem AWi Konto an https://id.awi.de
2. Nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung auf "Neue Bestellung" klicken. 
3. Dann "IT Services" auswählen. 
4. Anschließend haken setzen und auf "In den Einkaufswagen" klicken.
5. Datum setzen. Maximaler Zeitraum von 180 kann nicht überschritten werden. Danach "absenden" anklicken. 
6. Nun ist die Bestellung erfolgreich. Sobald ein Administrator die Anfrage bearbeitet hat, kann sich das AWI Konto an CONFLUENCE (spaces.awi.de) anmelden.

Guest account, external account, functional account

Users generally have access to Confluence (https://spaces.awi.de). User accounts that are not linked to an employment contract but wish to work with Confluence must order access. This order is valid for exactly 180 days and must then be extended.

The following steps must be performed for an order:

1. Log in with your guest account at https://id.awi.de
2. After successful login click on (New order) 
3. After that click on "IT Services" 
4. Afterwards check the box and click on "to the shopping card".
5. 
6. Set the period of your access. Max period is 180 days  and can not overrun. Afterwards click on "send". 
7. Your order is done. As soon as an administrator has processed the request, the guest account can log in to CONFLUENCE (spaces.awi.de).
