LDM301 is equipped with two laser. The infrared laser for measurement operating at 905nm is a CLASS 1 Laser Product which is safe under reasonably foreseeable conditions of operation. The pilot laser is a CLASS 2 Laser Product operating in the visible red light at 635nm. It is not eye-safe!

Summary

The laser distance measurement device LDM301 enables the non-contact measurement of distances. The measurement range depends on the reflectivity and the surface of the measuring target. It ranges between 0.5 and 300 m for almost all natural surfaces. Measurement uncertainty ranges between +/-20 mm and +/0 60mm depending on output range. Operation temperature is -40 to +60°C.
