Im Nasslabor befindet sich ein Tiefkühlschrank vom Typ Sanyo MDF-U53V mit einem Temperaturbereich von -50 bis -86 Grad Celsius.
Größere Kühlmengen können im Kühlraum gelagert werden, das eine Grundfläche von 9qm hat und in dem Regale aufgebaut sind. Der Temperaturbereich ist wählbar zwischen 0 und -18 Grad Celsius.
Ein temperaturreguliertes Arbeiten ist im Thermolabor möglich. Der Temperaturbereich ist einstellbar von +4 bis +25 Grad Celsius. Die eingestellte Temperatur kann auf ±1 Grad Celsius gehalten werden, solange die Zugangstür geschlossen gehalten wird.
