a) yourself as a participant
(within a project working group - so you need to add at least one project working group to one project - you must not be the project working group leader, too)

b) your project working group leaders of the projects of your expedition

c) potentially add administrative substitute(s) to your expedition leadership to support you in organizing the expedition.

Please be aware: you as the expedition leader you are responsible for your staff, even if you delegate parts of this responsibility to your working group leaders. That implies: you will be informed, when participant data still missing in EIS is still missing!
