The setra 239 model is Temperature sensors are used for measuring differential pressure for the basic meteorology the air temperature at the nose of the aircraf. Additionally, it is used with the Turbulence Noseboom where setra239 transducers are connected to a 5-whole probe. The Model 239 is a transducer designed for extremely low pressure ranges (+/- 2.7 inch WC) and a wide temperature range (-18 to +80°C)aircraft or within the Turbulence Nose Boom. The Turbulence Nose Boom comprises de-iced as well as non-deiced sensors while the basic meteorology only uses de-iced sensors.
