Nutzer die als Gäste geführt werden, haben generell keinen Zugriff auf die NextcloudJira (https://jira-software.awi.de. Damit ein Gastkonto Nutzer Zugriff auf die Nextcloud Jira erhalten kann, muss ein Zugang bestellt werden. Diese Bestellung gilt für genau 180 Tage und muss danach verlängert werden.

Folgende Schritte müssen für eine Bestellung durchgeführt werden:

1. Anmeldung des Gastkontos mit dem AWi Konto an https://id.awi.de
2. Nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung auf "Neue Bestellung" klicken. 
3. Dann "IT Services" auswählen. 
4. Anschließend haken setzen und auf "In den Einkaufswagen" klicken. Image Removed Image Added
5. Datum setzen. Maximaler Zeitraum von 180 kann nicht überschritten werden. Danach "absenden" anklicken. 
6. Nun ist die Bestellung erfolgreich. Sobald ein Administrator die Anfrage bearbeitet hat, kann sich das Gastkonto AWI Konto an die Nextcloud Jira anmelden.

Users who are managed as guests generally do not have access to the Nextcloud.
