It might happen, that participants of your working group miss the time frame EIS expects their acceptance of invitation to an expedition. In that case right next to each participant you find three
buttons to support this matter. Normally only the two buttons "Participant details" (magnifier glass) or the right-facing arrow "Re-assign participant" are shown. But if the link send out with the invitation
