During any kind of expedition, there will be a variety of working groups on board. You need to add working group leaders to these groups. Working group leaders will organize there groups themselves, such as inviting members for there group and care for them to submit all relevant participants' information.
Adding (and inviting) a working group leader remains your job -  or the one of your administrative substitute.

Click on the Grant Number of the working group of the project and in the folowing window,

click on the button "add project working group leader". A dialog for adding the working group leader opens.

Enter the business email address of the working group leader you selected, make sure you select the checkbox that the invitation will send by email. The selected working group leader will receive the invitation and can immeditately start adding further group members by inviting them.


HowTo: administrative substitute (c)

It might be necessary, that dedicated persons need to access the same areas in your expedition in EIS that you are able to. Therefore, a function of administrative substitute is available for your position as the expedition leader.
Please click on the button "administrative substitute" in the chief-scientist-area.

In your "chief scientific" area, you can use the button "export data" to get a .csv-formated list about all your expedition participants' data.

You as the expedition leader, and the working group leaders as well, can get an overview if the participants data have been submitted.
