The setra 239 model is used for measuring differential pressure for the basic meteorology at the nose of the aircraf. Additionally, it is used with the Turbulence Noseboom where setra 239 transducers are connected to a 5-whole probe. On Polar 6 setra 239 transducers are additionally connected to Pitot tubes right and left of the cockpit windows.
