KT19.85II is a remote-sensing thermometer used to determine the temperature of a surface from the distance by measuring the amount of thermal radiation emitted from the surface. KT19.85II is operates in the spectral range of 9.6 - 11.5 µm. Data are stored within the DMS framework on Four GPS antennas are mounted in longitudinal direction to the fuselage and one at each wing tip. The receivers are Novatel OEMV-3 devices, which hold several serial interfaces as well as an USB- and a Network-interface. They are operated with a high resolution at 50Hz. The binary data are stored in the DMS component ADA-C1. |
