KT19.85II is a remote-sensing thermometer used to determine the temperature of a surface from the distance by measuring the amount of thermal radiation emitted from the surface. KT19.85II is operates in the spectral range of 9.6 - 11.5 µm. Data are stored within the DMS framework on ADA-C1An air data computer (ADC) is an essential avionics component found in modern aircraft. The ADC determines the calibrated airspeed, Mach number, altitude, and altitude trend data from an aircraft's pitot-static system. Air data computers usually also have an input of total air temperature. This enables computation of static air temperature and true airspeed. |
